Waiting-list privacy notice

Data we collect: your email address and the date/time you gave consent.

Purpose: to invite you to the QR7 beta / early access.

Lawful basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention: until you are invited, or 12 months — whichever comes first — after which the entry is purged.

If you joined from a scanned card: we also store a reference to the card you scanned, linked to your email address, so we can add that card to your Contacts when your account opens. This reference is deleted when the save completes, or together with your waiting-list entry otherwise (the same until-invited-or-12-months window).

Your rights: you may access, rectify or erase your data, and withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawing is as easy as giving consent).
